History
In 2012, Albert Hives (@ahives) and Chris Patterson (@phatboyg) met for the first time and set out to prototype ways of using MassTransit to modify a previously built healthcare system for their company's hack-a-thon. They came away from that experience with a clear vision of what needed to happen over the preceding months to ensure a successful outcome. One takeaway was that support would be needed to automate the management and monitoring of a RabbitMQ cluster. As a result, Albert set out to build a fluent API that could be leveraged to build applications to support operational use cases. From this challenge, HareDu was born. To date, there has been three public releases of HareDu.
